The *Sloan Flushmate BU-100505-K Upper Supply Kit* is used on ALL Sloan Flushmate Series.
This Flushmate Upper Supply Valve connects the inlet line of the toilet to the pressure vessel tank. When the toilet is flushed, this part acts as a vacuum breaker by allowing air into the tank. It then closes, to pressurize the tank

Description / Sloan Flushmate BU-100505-K Upper Supply Kit
When this part goes bad, the system will not hold pressure.
This upper supply may sit higher than the upper supply used on the 200, 500, and 501-A, and older 501-B series. However, if the porcelain tank lid is resting on the upper supply, it may need to be shimmed up on the opposite side to level it out. Another option is to get a new Flushmate system.
Flushmate vessels and components do not retrofit into gravity type toilets. They are only used with Flushmate-equipped toilets.
