Elkay 51531C Pivot Block
The *Elkay / Halsey Taylor 51531C Pivot Block* fits many older Elkay and Halsey Taylor drinking fountains with push bars. This plastic pivot block mounts inside the drinking fountain. The pivot pin which is attached to the push bar fits into this block. Together the two parts act as a hinge for the push bar to pivot on.
